Homemade Soaps

Uncle Woody's Soaps were created especially for people with dry or sensitive skin. They are hand made in our studio in Southwest Florida using only the finest quality ingredients, including olive oil, coconut oil, palm kernel oil, soybean oil and lard, to produce a long lasting bath bar with rich, creamy lather. Our soaps contain glycerin, which is a natural by-product of the soap-making process.
	To insure quality and consistency, our soaps are made in small batches. Each bar is then hand cut and cured for no less than three weeks. This natural curing process eliminates the need for the harsh, skin drying chemicals used in commercial soaps.
Our soaps can also be used in place of shampoo, leaving your hair "squeaky-clean" and with great body, without the need for conditioner. Our rich moisturizing lather, wide variety of beautiful colors and unique scents make our soaps a pleasure to use, and make a wonderful gift that will be long remembered.

Posh Petals

A blend of rosewater, lemon, tangerine pomegranates and aloe – clean and fresh.

Juniper Breeze

A much requested Bath and Body Works scent. Not as "evergreen" as the name implies---a light, fresh, and clean smell.

Bay Rum

The classic barbershop aftershave fragrance, masculine and invigorating.

Fruit Salsa

An alluring bouquet of exotic fruit with a hint of floral – Fresh!

Spicy Lime

A tart, spicy scent that is very invigorating and masculine. "What a clean man should smell like".

Honeysuckle

The classic sweet smell of honeysuckle in bloom.

Coconut Lemongrass

Tantalizing lemongrass enhanced with coconut. The two fragrances definitely compliment one another – Refreshing!

Vanilla Crème

What can we say? Like a lot of people, we love the traditional scent of vanilla.

Citrus Basil

A very clean, fresh scent, popular with both men and women. warm and sensual.

Bitter Orange

Like sweet orange but more tart and spicy. Not too heavy, but lingers.

Sweetgrass

This herb is often used by Native Americans. It is sweet but earthy and hypnotic with a green freshness. This one is very inviting. Another scent that is popular with both sexes.

Honey Almond Oatmeal

A wonderful combination of sweet golden honey, mixed with the popular scent of almond and finely ground oatmeal. This one has been our best seller for over nine years.

English Leather

English Leather was introduced in 1949 and is still available today. Always recognized and very masculine.

Cucumber

Fresh and natural. Light, but invigorating.

Somali Rose

Rose with chocolate, sandalwood, anise, musk, and a twist of green moss. Don't be concerned about the "rose" in the name of the blend---this isn't a strong floral scent. A unique, masculine , and sexy smell.

Patchouli

The popular scent of the 60's. This heavy, unique fragrance is still popular with both men and women of all ages.

Plumberry Spice

A spicy combination of plum, berries & spice.

Kailua Bay

The fragrance of Hawaiian tuberoses. Very alluring. One of our best sellers

Lavender

A sweet, appealing classic with the fresh scent of lavender in bloom. This one is soothing and relaxing.

Rain Orchid

A "Fresh as the morning rain" scent. A "clean smelling" fragrance that is very popular.

Cinnamon

A warm, spicy scent. This is a great one to leave out for your guests during the holidays, but is not recommended for people that are sensitive to cinnamon.

Mint

Cooling, refreshing and inviting. This one is very popular with men. Not recommended for people that are sensitive to mint.

Sandalwood

A woodsy, down to earth, natural scent

Lilac

A spring floral that is refreshing and soft - not heavy. Many customers comment. This one smells like the real thing.

Frangipani

Also known as plumeria, or Flower of Bali. An intoxicating, sweet floral scent associated with love and romance.

Lemon

Refreshing and clean. Ours is made with lemon grass oil rather than a citrus oil so that it won't effect your hair color.

Wild Mint & Ivy

A lighter, woodsier mint then our spearmint fragrance. Reminds us of the "Mountain Mint" that grew on the western N.C. farm where "Uncle Woody's" was founded. Light, clean, and fresh!
